Support in setting up your own business

Many people dream of setting up their own business. Often due to financial commitments or family commitments make it very hard for someone to take the plunge from employment to self employment.

If you have an idea for a business you would like to set up then why not seek some independent advice about how you would go about doing it. Talk to your local council to see if there are any groups or course you could attend that will talk you through the ins and outs of setting up on your own and find out if it is possible. If you need start up capital a bank or private investor may be able to help but they would need usually to see a solid business plan that details the products and service you want to market, competition levels as well as your projected figures that you expect to make.
